Nevada East Shore Builders, Inc., founded by Russ Irwin, is located in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
A trusted name in the building industry since 1984, we are a locally owned and operated business that specializes in custom homes, custom renovations and light commercial development. We strive to accommodate all of the needs of our clients, from small maintenance items to complete move-in detail of a full renovation or ground-up custom home. Our passion to maintain the highest level of quality craftsmanship, he use of quality product lines and providing excellent personal services is at the forefront of our business structure. From the laying of the foundation to putting the finishing touches on the home’s exterior design, no detail is overlooked or disregarded.
To do this, we work only with the most qualified subcontractors in the area. As well as maintaining quality and service, our implementation of innovative Green Building methods has steered the path towards environmentally friendly building practices.
